The $2,000 Best Price Guarantee is offered by Romano (Ronnie) Russo, Sr. Mortgage Executive with Loan Factory, Inc. (NMLS #338213 · Company NMLS #320841), the preferred lender for BuildPeck / Peck Investments LLC. Here's how it works and what qualifies.

How it works

• Apply with Ronnie Russo and provide a competing Loan Estimate (LE) from another licensed lender.
• We compare the offers on the same terms. If we can't beat or match the competing offer, we pay you $2,000.
• Payment is issued as a lender credit at closing, or by check within 30 days of the competing loan funding, at the borrower's election.

Eligibility & conditions

• The competing Loan Estimate must be dated within 3 business days of your request and be a bona fide, currently-available offer from a licensed mortgage lender (not a rate quote, teaser, advertisement, or pre-pricing screenshot).
• Offers must be compared apples-to-apples — same loan amount, loan type and program, term, rate-lock period, property type, occupancy, points, and borrower credit profile — and priced on the same day, as market pricing changes daily.
• You must complete a full application, submit required documentation, and lock your rate with Loan Factory within the offer's validity window.
• Final loan approval is subject to credit approval, underwriting guidelines, appraisal, and program eligibility.

Exclusions

• Down payment assistance, bond, and grant programs; certain non-QM, investor, commercial, and hard-money products; and lender/affiliate or builder incentive pricing.
• Offers that contain pricing errors, are not available to the general public, or that the competing lender will not honor.
• Limit one guarantee per transaction. Not valid with other offers. Void where prohibited.
